Shipping policy

Allen’s Trading Co., doing business as Eagle Claw Fasteners (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides shipping for all orders placed through https://www.eagleclawco.com.

Orders are fulfilled from our Tennessee facility and through approved third-party fulfillment partners. As a result, some orders may arrive in multiple packages.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on a business day are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on federal holidays will be processed on the next business day. Same-day shipping is not guaranteed and may not apply to all products, including items shipped by third-party partners.

We offer free shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.

Estimated delivery times generally range from three (3) to seven (7) business days after shipment, depending on destination, carrier, and fulfillment location. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

All shipments include tracking information, which will be emailed to the customer once the order has shipped.

Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, Eagle Claw Fasteners is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect address information, customs processing, or other events beyond our control. If a package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, customers must notify us within seven (7) days of the expected or confirmed delivery date so that we may initiate a carrier investigation or provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
