Order & Shipping

1. How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped. Use it on the carrier’s site to check your delivery status.

2. How long does shipping take?

We aim to ship out most orders on the same day and most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days. International shipping may take longer, depending on location.

3. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. However, we only ship to Canada at this point.

4. Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible to request changes or cancellation. We recommend calling as our shipping department is very speedy with getting orders out of the door.

1. What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if products are unused and in original packaging. Contact our support for assistance.
