Refund policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and allow returns under the terms outlined below.

Customers may request a return within thirty (30) days from the date the order was placed. To be eligible, products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

Used, installed, altered, or damaged products are not eligible for return. Clearance items, special orders, and products marked “final sale” are also non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as an incorrect or defective item).

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within five (5) to ten (10) business days.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within seven (7) days of delivery at elton@eagleclawco.com. Photographic evidence may be required to process a claim.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions stated above.
